I am on site daily to manage the countless details involved in building your home so that you don't have to.

My clients are given copies of all invoices as work is completed throughout the process.
We give regular budget to actual comparison reports to help monitor spending and to stay within budget.
There are no change order fees period.
Our fee is fixed - not based on how much you spend, we save you money.
